1. Promotion name and description: Ghost National Fragrance Week Giveaway – Purity, Orb of Night, Deep Night, The Fragrance and Sweetheart (the “Giveaway Promotion”).
2. Promoter: S A Designer Parfums Limited, company registration number 04198899, Amertrans Park, Bushey Mill Lane, Watford, WD24 7JG, United Kingdom.
3. Entry Open Date: 12:00 p.m. UK time 24th March 2022.
4. Entry Closing Date: Midnight UK time 31st March 2022.
5. By entering the Giveaway Promotion the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
6. The Giveaway Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
7. To enter the Giveaway Promotion via Instagram, all participants must:
• Like Ghost Fragrance's post
• Tag ONE friend (another Instagram user) in the comments of Ghost Fragrances' post
• Follow both @ghostfragrances and @designerparfums Instagram accounts
8. For an entry to be valid, participants have to comply with all of the requirements detailed in clause 7 above.
9. All Giveaway Promotion entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than Midnight UK time on the Entry Closing Date. All Giveaway Promotion entries received after that are automatically disqualified.
10. The Giveaway Promotion is open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only but at all times excluding:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or their holding or subsidiary companies;
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
11. In entering the Giveaway Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Giveaway Promotion.
12. There is a limit of one entry to this Giveaway Promotion per person. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this Giveaway Promotion. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
13. The Promoter will not accept Giveaway Promotion entries which are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) incomplete, misspelt or incomprehensible.
14. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is in bad faith and/or otherwise contrary to the spirit or intention of the Giveaway Promotion.
15. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Giveaway Promotion entries which are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

17. Prizes are subject to availability. There are no alternative prizes and no cash alternatives.
18. The prizes are non-transferable and exclude any additional costs and expenses.
19. Promoter will pay the delivery fees for the shipping of the prizes to the winners within the UK. The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes not specified in the description of the prizes above.
SELECTION OF THE WINNERS
20. The Giveaway will be awarded to 2 winners total (1 winner plus the 1 friend that the winner tagged) who will be chosen using a random number generator from all eligible entries received by the Promoter, which are submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
21. The winners will be announced via the caption on the feed post within 30 days from the date of the Entry Closing Date of the Giveaway Promotion.
22. Unless the winners notify the Promoter otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to use and feature the usernames of the winners for publicity purposes and the winners agree that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.
23. Winners may be required to submit valid proof of identity before receiving their prize.
24. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
25. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
26. All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
27. Where entry to the promotion is online only, personal information that participants share with the Promoter (including name, address, email, social media profile, or other data) will be kept secure and only used in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions. Winners will then be personally direct messaged via Instagram, to retrieve address and details to deliver their Giveaways. By entering the Giveaway promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter and its supplier to send out the Giveaway to entrants, confirm when the Giveaway is on its way and to contact the participants for their views on the product. The Promoter will not send entrants any marketing communications unless entrants have also agreed to this.
GENERAL
28. Once you have submitted an entry, you acknowledge that the copyright in your entry will be owned by the Promoter.
29. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, their agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence or fraud of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
30. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Giveaway Promotion without prior notice.
31. Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
32. SA Designer Parfums Limited, Ghost Fragrances Limited and their respective promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Giveaway Promotion. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway Promotion, but in no event legal fees.
33. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
34. All personal data submitted in relation to this Giveaway Promotion shall be held and used by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found HERE.
